By subscribing to a monthly design plan, you agree to:

A defined number of deliverables or requests per month, depending on your plan

Project turnaround timelines as discussed and based on the service queue

Cancellation or pause of subscription at any time with written notice before the next billing cycle
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

Provide clear instructions, references, and timely feedback

Respond within reasonable timeframes to keep the project moving

Ensure all submitted content (text, images, etc.) is owned or licensed by the client
4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through approved methods (Stripe, bank transfer, etc.)

All fees are non-refundable once work has begun

Late payments may result in paused services
5. Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment

Rixlab retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing unless agreed otherwise

Drafts, source files, or unused concepts remain the property of Rixlab unless explicitly transferred
6. Revisions & Approvals

Excessive revisions or changes beyond the original brief may be subject to additional fees

Client approval is required before moving to the next stage or final delivery
7. Cancellations & Termination

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle

Rixlab reserves the right to decline or terminate services for inappropriate conduct, scope violations, or non-payment
8. Limitation of Liability
Rixlab is not liable for:

Any direct or indirect loss resulting from design usage or website downtime

Client misuse of delivered materials
