Rixlab is a creative agency covering brand identity, UI/UX and product design, website design and development, and motion and creative. Most engagements combine two or more of those, because a brand problem is rarely only a logo problem or only a website problem. Every project starts with strategy, planning, and creative direction so we can diagnose what is actually holding the brand back before we design anything.

We work with startups launching their first product and growing brands that have outgrown the identity or website they started with. Founders, product leads, and marketing teams are usually our day-to-day partners. Industry matters less than ambition: if you are trying to be understood and chosen faster, we can help.

A brand identity usually runs four to five weeks from kickoff to handover. A website engagement runs six to eight weeks, including design, build, and launch. Product design and ongoing creative work are handled as retainers, so the timeline follows your release cycle rather than a fixed end date.

We price a fixed fee per phase, agreed up front, so you always know the number before work begins. There is no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. Identity engagements typically start around $2k, and full website projects scale with the number of pages, integrations, and motion assets involved.

Four phases: Discover, Strategy, Design and Build, then Launch and Scale. Discovery is where we diagnose the real constraint — positioning, clarity, conversion, or consistency — and strategy turns that into a plan. From there you get weekly working sessions, a shared workspace, and a Figma link that is always live, so nothing is a surprise reveal at the end.

Yes. Most clients continue with us on a retainer for design ops, growth iteration, campaign creative, and evolution of the brand system. That means new pages, new launches, and new assets stay consistent with the system we built. You can start a retainer at launch or come back to it later.

You get a dedicated Slack channel, weekly video reviews, and a single point of contact who stays with you for the whole engagement. Feedback is collected in one place instead of scattered across email threads. We are calm, responsive, and allergic to status theatre.
